| The
DAW range comprieses hot chamber machines designed for die-casting
of alloys with low melting temperatures, such as zamac, lead and
tin. They provide a high level of automation and are built to accept
attachments and peripheral systems. In this way, total automation
can be implemented to make these machines autonomous production
units.
The new DAW range incorporates a set of technical advances of innovative nature. Here are some of the features ensuring hifh output and outstanding reliability:
- Inclined clamping assembly with disks sliding on
chrome-plated guides that are installed on top of the frame to
eliminate the wear of moving disks guides.
- Hydraulic
cylinder driven by a manual distributor to permit easy change
of die-casting centers, eliminating downtime in handling and the
difficulties posed by other lift systems.
- The whole
system and all the operating processes are very easily adjustable
from the control cabinet by means of an programable automat for
the programming of blowing, scales, actuation of cores I and II,
ejection and nozzle-against-die work.
- Pressure
filter system al pump discharge to ensure reliability in the hydraulic
system. A special system ensures machine stop in the case of filter
clogging.
- A high-efficency
heat exchange for correct cooling of the hydraulic oil.
- The nozzle
is heated by a gas burner optionally featuring electronic control.
- A gear system
regualtes die thickness, acting simultaneously on all four columns.
From model DAW 42 on up, adjustment is made by hydraulic motor.
- Pneumatic
safety door as standard equipment.
- For increased
automation of production, scales for piece drop detection are
optionally available.
